• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

• Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on account usage.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Mentee Refund Policy.

By purchasing mentorship services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on Mentee, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, videos, text, learning materials, mentor profiles, software, and platform features, is the property of Mentee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or disrespect mentors or other users.

9. Mentor Disclaimer

Mentors provide guidance, opinions, and recommendations based on their personal expertise and experience.

Mentee:

• Does not endorse or guarantee mentor advice.

• Is not responsible for decisions made based on mentor recommendations.

• Does not guarantee employment, admissions, promotions, investments, business growth, or other outcomes resulting from mentorship sessions.

Users are solely responsible for their decisions and actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the platform.

• Mentor interactions or advice.

• Missed opportunities, loss of profits, or business decisions.

• Technical interruptions or service disruptions.

12. Suspension and Termination
