EXCHANGE POLICY

At Mentee, all our garments are made-to-order with great care and attention to detail. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Replacement and Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy. If the replacement or exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 business days.

2. Size Exchange

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy. If accepted, the replacement will be delivered within 5 days. Please contact our support team with photographic evidence of the defect within 7 days of delivery.

4. Reverse Pickup

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address whenever service is available in your area.

5. Self-Shipping Requirement

If reverse pickup service is not available for your PIN code, you will be required to ship the product back to our designated address. Shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

6. Exchange Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items purchased during sales or special promotions may not be eligible for exchange.
• We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet our return conditions.

7. Shipping Charges for Size Exchange

For exchanges requested due to sizing issues, any applicable shipping or courier charges may be borne by the customer.

8. International Orders

International orders are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances.

9. Final Decision

All exchange and replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Mentee. We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.
